"I want to thank Erica for all her patience and understanding when I came in a wreck from moving to North Carolina from New York with only what was in my car. She made the process simple for me at a time that was very difficult for me. I went yesterday to make my second payment, and the second I walked in she remembered my name and my mother’s name. She treats you like family, which is something you don’t get from your insurance agent. I also got to meet Tim yesterday and the receptionist, what amazing people they are. I am happy with my decision to go to State Farm with them."
