"Anyone that gets state farm and prefer to do everything online or over the phone, I highly recommend Erica Aronson! She has been a very big help to me when it comes to my rental insurance and she loves her job! She understands what the customers want and also has a TON of patience! I first started receiving rental insurance with state farm in December 2023, and the person I talked to was Ms. Erica Aronson, and when I needed more help with my insurance she was the person I called and she made sure to give me a call back. This is the most sweetest woman ever to work at State Farm. Even when you call the State Farm office, no one answered with an attitude or sounded like they were tired of being at work, my concerns and questions were answered and they made sure to give Ms. Erica my message to give me a call back. And if you are also someone who works all the time and really have NO time to call or get information about insurance, Ms. Erica works AFTER HOURS. Tim Westfall STATE FARM 10/10, I DO RECOMMEND!"
